West Bend Youth Football Orginization

Hello Coaches,

The WBYFO is requiring all parties interested in coaching in the WBYFO to fill out an "Application to Coach" form. This form serves as a multi action form that collects all of the information required by our league and our Organization at one time so we can concentrate on the upcoming season instead of tracking down coaches to get the forms completed.

This also allows the Board to review applicants to ensure the character you have is what the WBYFO is looking for.

The AAYFL has mandated that every organization have their coaches fill out a Code of Conduct form , this will allow us to store it on our server electronically and be readily available in case they request verification.

Once this is completed the Board will review the application and you will be sent a welcome email from your director if it seems you are what we are looking for -  outlining the next step in becoming a WBYFO Youth Football Coach.
